ScrubScope reviews and compares online nursing schools and degree pathways, RN-to-BSN, ABSN, MSN, DNP, NP specialties, and CRNA, so working registered nurses can decide without wading through school marketing copy.
We cover the administrative decision factors: program cost, time-to-completion, accreditation (CCNE or ACEN), admission prerequisites, format, and career framing. We do not provide clinical, medical, or licensed academic advice, and we do not make admissions decisions.
Our editorial standards
- Sourced figures. NCLEX pass rates, salary figures, and accreditation claims are cited from state nursing boards, government data, or school catalogs, or omitted. We never fabricate program data.
- Ranked by fit, not commission. A school cannot pay for a higher placement or a recommendation. Rankings reflect fit for the reader's goals.
- Regular review. School and program records carry a last-reviewed date and are re-checked against primary sources.
- Not clinical advice. We stay on the administrative/decision side. Scope-of-practice content is a brief factual explainer only.
